Cooking
- Place banana slices in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or salt if desired.
- Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Continue cooking in 1–2 minute intervals if needed until crisps are fully cooked.
- Let chips cool completely to achieve maximum crispness.
Notes
Store banana chips in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. For longer storage, refrigerate but note that this may affect crispness.
