- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with the sautéed spinach and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
