  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen) Choose ripe bananas for extra sweetness.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Use a high-quality protein powder.
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) Can use non-dairy yogurt for vegan option.
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy) Almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk are great options.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed (optional) For added nutrition.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes, as needed Add for a thicker texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the frozen berries to the blender.
  2. Add the banana, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
  3. Pour in your milk of choice.
  4. If desired, add honey, seeds, and vanilla extract.
  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again if desired.
  8. Pour into a glass or to-go cup and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. If the smoothie thickens, add more milk and blend again.
