  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use plain Greek yogurt for best results.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature eggs work best.
  • 1 cup flour All-purpose flour can be used.
  • 1 tbsp baking powder Ensure it's fresh for better rise.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Fillings
  • 1 cup ham, diced Can substitute with other meats.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Use any cheese you prefer.
  • 1 cup Mediterranean sausage, diced Can be substituted with any preferred sausage.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper; mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in your choice of fillings (ham & cheddar or Mediterranean sausage & feta).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.
