Ingredients
  

For the pasta dish
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese, for topping (optional)

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Serve warm with a side salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze individual portions.
