Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Layering
  1. Layer zucchini slices in a greased baking dish, pouring the cream mixture over each layer and sprinkling with cheeses in between.
  2. Add breadcrumbs on top if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
