Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly between them.
  3. Top with chopped romaine lettuce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
