Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Add the cottage cheese and eggs to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap gently to release any air bubbles.
Baking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving
- Slice and enjoy plain, toasted, or with your favorite toppings.
