Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in dill pickle ranch dressing.
  4. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together.
  5. Dip the coated chicken breasts into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  6. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
  7. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
