  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Preparation
  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, thawed green peas, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss gently until everything is well-coated and combined.
  5. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor, or let it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
