Preparation

Baking

Frosting
- For the frosting, beat together softened butter, powdered sugar, nutmeg, rum extract, salt, and eggnog until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency with cornstarch or more eggnog as needed.
- Frost the cooled cookies generously and beautifully.
