Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
For the Dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds.
Assembly
  1. Spread a layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  2. Add grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and optional toppings like bacon and croutons.
  3. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve these wraps while warm, accompanied by a side of fresh fruit or a light salad for a complete meal. Store any leftover wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
