Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or pressed Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Finishing Touch
  • 1/2 cup extra light olive oil Drizzle in while whisking for emulsification.
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Adjust amount according to preference.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. While whisking vigorously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and keep whisking until well incorporated.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk again to combine.
  4. Transfer the dressing to a mason jar, cover it and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Always stir before serving as ingredients may separate.
