- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- While whisking vigorously, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and keep whisking until well incorporated.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk again to combine.
- Transfer the dressing to a mason jar, cover it and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Always stir before serving as ingredients may separate.
