  1. In a blender, combine wild blueberries, fresh ginger, honey, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture if desired for a smoother texture.
  4. Pour into small shot glasses or ice cube trays.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

Store shots in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to one week. If frozen, they last up to three months. Defrost in the fridge before use.
