Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into two different bowls.
- In the bowl with egg yolks, add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- In the bowl with egg whites, add the cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in round shapes.
Baking
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover cloud bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. If you want to keep them longer, consider freezing them, separating each piece with parchment paper to avoid sticking together.
