  • 1 scoop 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder Can be omitted if not desired.
  • ½ cup ½–1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy) Almond, coconut, or oat milk options available.
  • ¼ cup ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional) Adds extra protein if used.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness based on taste.
  • ½ teaspoon ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) Enhances flavor.
  • as needed cubes Ice cubes, as needed For consistency adjustment.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the banana to the blender.
  2. Add peanut butter and protein powder.
  3. Pour in the milk of choice.
  4. Add Greek yogurt and any optional ingredients.
  5. Blend on high until thick and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Add ice for extra thickness and blend again if desired.
  8. Pour into a glass or travel cup and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake before drinking as separation may occur. Freezing in ice cube trays is an option for later use.
