Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and separate it into four rectangles. Pinch the perforated edges to seal them.
- Cut each rectangle into three 1-inch wide strips.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each strip, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Layer pepperoni halves on top, covering the top half of each strip.
- Fold the bottom of the dough up and tightly roll it into a spiral.
- Place each rolled pizza rose into the greased muffin tin.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
For perfect Pizza Roses, seal the dough edges well, avoid overfilling, and consider customizing toppings. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
