Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the red onions and fresh dill to the cucumbers.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss well to coat.
  5. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
