Preparation

Roasting

Topping and Serving
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with honey in a small bowl.
- Once the sweet potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey feta mixture on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
Notes
To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They can last up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispy texture, avoiding the microwave.
