  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can be omitted or substituted for dairy-free option.
  • 1 piece egg Bind the ingredients together.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.
  2. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
