Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve warm, with your favorite sauce or over pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
